ARDROX^® 970P23 is a water washable fluorescent penetrant suitable for the detection of defects open to the surface in metal and non-porous ceramic components during manufacture and overhaul. This product gives crisp indications with exceptionally low levels of background and has excellent heat and UV fade characteristics. It is ideal for electrostatic application.

ARDROX^® 970P23 can be used for metals and ceramics which are not strongly porous, during production and maintenance works. It is appropriate for applications in the nuclear industry and correspond to the requirements of the ASME- Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section V, Art. 6 as well as to the corresponding specifications of ASEA-Atom and A.E.C.L.
