BONDERITE® M-AD BASE EP AERO is a white, viscous thickener liquid for metal pre-treatment applications. Applied by brush, the product is designed as a thickener for chromate conversion coatings. With regard to solution make-up, dissolve 2.2 lb (1 kg) of product into 0.264 gal (1 L) of water and add conversion coating chemical in foreseen concentration. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
